Materials are pressed under high pressure through a 120mm diameter die. Pressure and heating at 60-80°C produce tightly compressed pellets with a diameter of 6mm. Heating helps extend the shelf life of the pellets. Thanks to a practical discharge chute made of galvanized steel, you can directly fill the finished pellets into bags or other containers.
This efficient pellet mill is impressively easy to operate.
The pellet mill is driven by an 1100W motor. The intuitive machine is equipped with a centrally located, easy-to-operate emergency stop switch. A protective mesh (37 x 37mm mesh) inside the feed hopper prevents foreign objects from falling into the pellet mill or hands from getting inside. Four large wheels ensure excellent mobility.
Note: Wheat starch powder can make pellet pressing and storage easier.
Regarding wearing parts: The built-in die and rollers of the pellet mill have a maximum service life of 300 hours. Replace them promptly after wear. Consumable parts are not covered by the statutory warranty or extended warranty.
