The pellet mill is equipped with an alloy steel flat die and high-wear-resistant special toothed rollers. Small-power pellet mills are directly driven by a single motor. Small pellet mills have advantages such as small footprint, uniform force distribution, simple structure, and convenient operation and maintenance. High-power pellet mills use synchronous belt drive. They can be equipped with two motors or one motor.
The flat die and rollers can be replaced after wear. Pellet diameters are available in 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm (special sizes can be customized). If waste is pelletized into RDF fuel, the RDF diameter can reach 12mm.
