In January 2012, Laizhou Chengda Machinery Co., Ltd. officially received a patent from the State Intellectual Property Office for its "A Hammer Crusher," with patent authorization announcement number CN223232460U. This patent will drive efficiency upgrades in the crushing equipment field.
This patent optimizes the pain points of traditional hammer crushers, such as rapid hammer wear and uneven material distribution. Multiple hammer discs are spaced apart on the rotating shaft, with adjacent hammer discs featuring a staggered hammer arrangement. The feed hopper is located above the discharge port, on the side of the casing facing the upward rotation direction of the hammers. This ensures uniform material distribution within the crushing chamber and reduces excessive localized wear on the hammers. According to the patent abstract, this design effectively improves crushing efficiency, extends hammer lifespan, and consistently achieves better crushing results.
