Crushing Section:** Equipped with a wood crusher with a capacity of approximately 5 tons per hour, this section crushes large branches and wood blocks into particles smaller than 10mm, meeting subsequent pelleting requirements.
Pulverizing Section: Features a 75kW high-efficiency wood pulverizer to further pulverize the material to the fine powder required for pelleting, ensuring a processing capacity of 3 tons per hour.
Drying Section: Utilizes 1.2×12 meter drum dryer, reducing the raw material moisture content from 30%-50% to the optimal pelleting range of 10%-15%. Firewood can be used directly as the heat source, reducing operating costs.
Pelletizing Section: The core equipment is the new 560-type ring die pellet mill, achieving a stable output of 1.5 tons per hour, ensuring operational stability.
Cooling and Packaging Section:** Equipped with a cooling tower and automatic weighing and packaging machine, this section cools the high-temperature output to room temperature, preventing pellet cracking and deformation, while simultaneously producing standardized bags in 15-50kg sizes
