Feed hammer mill: For models with a grease cup, add grease every 10-20 hours by screwing on the cap, and add more grease to the grease cup every 120 hours; for models without a grease cup, disassemble, clean, and change the grease every 480 hours.

Plastic hammer mill :Add 80 grams of grease to the main shaft bearing every 40 hours; replenish the reducer lubricating oil according to the corresponding gearbox cycle.

Corn hammer mill: Change the oil completely at the end of each working season; for high-frequency use, this can be shortened to 3-5 months for replacement.

Special Operating Condition Adjustments:

High temperature, dusty, and high humidity environments: Reduce the filling cycle to 1000-1500 hours, and change the lubricating oil every 3-5 months.

Light load intermittent operation: The cycle can be extended to the upper limit, and the lubricating oil should be changed every 6 months to 1 year.

Winter low temperature environments: Use a thin lubricating oil, and ensure proper sealing after filling to prevent the oil from solidifying and becoming ineffective.
