Maintenance of the Pellet Machine
1. After each use, the new machine requires grinding the grinding disc. After continuous use for 15 to 20 times, no further grinding is needed.
2. The pellet feed machine should be used with the power supply specified in the instructions. If the power is too small, the output will be low and the performance poor; if the power is too large, it will waste electricity, accelerate machine wear, and shorten its service life.
3. After processing every 1,000 kg of pelleted feed, the die plate should be used on the reverse side to avoid shortening its service life.
4. Frequently clean the dust and dirt on the surface of the equipment, and regularly add lubricating oil to ensure that the pellet machine operates under proper lubrication conditions.
5. Regularly remove the residual material inside the granulator chamber.
6. Apply lubricating oil to the rollers before each production shift.
7. Regularly inspect wear-prone parts such as grinding discs, pressing rollers, cutting knives, and main and auxiliary drive belts, and promptly adjust or replace them to ensure the granulator operates normally and efficiently.
